Adhesive label paper, also known as self-adhesive label material, is a composite material made of paper, film or special materials as the fabric, with adhesive coated on the back and silicon coated protective paper as the base paper.

purpose

Adhesive label paper is widely used in multiple fields:

Food and beverage industry: used for packaging labels of products, such as labeling of production date, shelf life, ingredient list, and other information.

Daily chemical and beauty industry: Label the brand, specifications, ingredients, and other content on the bottle or packaging of cosmetics, shampoo, shower gel, and other products.

Healthcare industry: Used for packaging labels of drugs, including drug name, dosage form, specifications, production date, expiration date, approval number, and other information.

Electronic and electrical industry: marking product models, specifications, production dates, warranty information, etc. It can also be used for anti-static and tamper proof labels of electronic products.

Logistics and transportation industry: As identification labels for goods, such as express tracking numbers, goods names, recipient information, etc., it facilitates the sorting, distribution, and tracking of goods.

SURFACE MATERIAL

Copperplate paper: Smooth and delicate surface, smooth printing color, strong color reproduction, low cost, suitable for industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and alcoholic beverages.

Kraft paper: with color and retro color expression, suitable for labels such as red wine and cultural items, not waterproof.

Thermal paper: It changes color when exposed to heat, does not require ink, and is suitable for supermarkets, express delivery orders, and retail checkout labels.

PET： Resistant to high temperatures, waterproof, oil stains, chemical corrosion, and strong scratch resistance, commonly used for labeling drugs, food, electronic products, and other items.

PVC： Good flexibility, waterproof and oil resistant, suitable for outdoor use and durable labels, such as electrical labels and warning signs.

Universal super adhesive type: suitable for pasting in general environments, with good adhesion to various materials.

Universal strong adhesive type: With strong adhesion, it can firmly adhere to different surfaces and is commonly used for labels that require long-term fixation.

Refrigerated food with strong stickiness: It can maintain good stickiness even in low temperature environments and is suitable for labeling refrigerated food.

Universal re release type: After the surface paper is peeled off, it can be reattached and maintain a certain degree of adhesion.

Fiber re opening type: suitable for surface materials made of fibers, which can maintain the integrity of the fibers well after being opened.

backing paper

Gracin paper: A low surface energy non adhesive paper that provides isolation for adhesives. Commonly used types include white, blue, and yellow Gracin paper.

Kraft paper: It has certain strength and toughness and can be used as a base paper.

Polyester (PET): It has good flatness and water resistance, and is suitable for some occasions with high requirements for base paper.

Copperplate paper: With a smooth surface, it can bond well with adhesives and is commonly used for some ordinary adhesive labels.

Polyethylene (PE): With good flexibility, it is suitable for labels that require bending or deformation.
