After replacing the label with white backing paper, the step scan was unstable because the white backing paper had higher light transmittance than the blue backing paper. In order to confirm this judgment, let the customer cover the photoreceptor with a small piece of white paper, which artificially reduces the light intensity of the photoreceptor. On the machine print labels print step is very stable.
