Specification: 100mm × 150mm (E-Postal Standard), using 60g/m ² substrate, suitable for high-speed printers (150mm/s).

Performance: Friction resistance (Tiber wear test>500 times), low temperature resistance (no embrittlement in -40 ℃ environment).

Warehouse management:

Shelf label: 70mm x 30mm size, equipped with RFID chip (Alien Higgs-3 protocol) to achieve automatic identification of goods.

Tray label: 200mm x 150mm waterproof label, resistant to forklift crushing (>5 tons of pressure).

2. Medical and Food

Drug traceability:

Material: FDA certified BPA free thermal paper that meets USP Class VI standards.

Function: Anti alcohol wiping (70% isopropanol), resistant to refrigeration (stored at -20 ℃ for 1 year).

Food traceability:

Temperature change label: 3M ™ Monitor Mark ™ Temperature sensitive materials change color from blue to red when the temperature exceeds 4 ℃.

Anti tampering label: made of fragile paper substrate, displaying the word VOID when peeled off.

Automotive components:

High temperature resistant label: DuPont Kapton ® Substrate, temperature resistance up to 260 ℃, suitable for engine compartment labeling.

QR code label: 300dpi resolution, QR code error correction level reaches H level, recognition rate>99.9%.

electronic component:

Anti static label: Surface resistance of 10 ⁶ -10 ⁹ Ω, in compliance with ESD S20.20 standard.

Laser marking compatible paper: The special coating can withstand 200mJ laser energy, achieving dual marking.
